How do Organizations Respond to Workplace Deviance under the influence of Organizational Citizenship in Public Universities?

This paper explores the parallel roles in an organization as it relates to level of commitment shown by its employees (citizens company) and their workplace deviance. The study goes a step deeper show how this relationship is intertwined with theory social exchange. A total 600 respondents consisted lecturers from top five Malaysian public research universities, but only 189 were suitable for statistical analysis. Current employs deductive approach uses nonprobability sampling. SEM-PLS used examine model test mediating effect organizational citizenship behaviour on between results reveal what known be true healthy well dangers deviance that relationship. Kajian melangkah lebih mendalam untuk menunjukkan bagaimana hubungan saling teori pertukaran sosial. Seramai responden terdiri daripada pensyarah pekerja lima universiti penyelidikan awam terbaik Malaysia, tetapi hanya sesuai analisis statistik.
